New Braunfels Boardroom

City of New Braunfels Boardroom upgrades consisted of a modern A/V system that provided more functionality, flexibility, and ease of usage.

Project Details:

• New high-bright HD Projectors with tensioned motorized ceiling recessed screens
• New wireless connectivity to the system for easy connection and presenting video/audio and content
• A new wireless audio system consisting of gooseneck mics with charging docks & hidden antennas
• New 75” HD displays on sidewalls and back center wall for improved visibility of presented content and to assist with presenting AV content during meetings, workshops, and timers.
• New interactive HID touch displays with improved USB touch systems.
• Modify and position ceiling light panels with lighting gels
• (4) New state-of-the-art HD PTZ Cameras with improved visual performance and resolving power
• New video production system designed to provide the simplified workflow, and consisting of a new switcher with control surface, camera controller, along with encoders/decoders.
